  • Outside food, beverages and alcoholic drinks are not permitted inside the village.
  • Weapons, dangerous objects and flammable materials are prohibited on the premises.
  • Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for walking through the village, gardens and traditional wooden houses.
  • Some workshops and activities are available only with specific package selections. Check your package inclusions before booking.
  • Guests participating in elephant feeding or food preparation must follow all safety instructions provided by the elephant caretakers.
  • Teasing, hurting or behaving aggressively towards elephants is prohibited.
  • Individual components of bundled packages cannot be shared, exchanged for cash or separated from the selected package.
  • Personal photography and short videos are permitted. Professional filming, drones and commercial recording require prior written permission from the venue.
  • The Muay Thai activity requires participants to wear their own suitable clothing.

Visitors participating in elephant activities must follow the safety instructions provided by the elephant caretakers. Any harmful or aggressive behaviour towards the animals is prohibited.

Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for exploring the village and participating in workshops.

Personal photography and short videos are permitted. Professional filming, drone use and commercial recording require prior written approval from venue management.

Cancellation policy

For direct bookings, tickets, workshop reservations and Khantoke buffet bookings are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Date changes may be requested free of charge up to 24–48 hours before the scheduled visit, subject to the venue's approval and availability.

If the venue is forced to close completely because of extreme weather or private events, a full refund may be issued.

For bookings made through third-party agencies, the cancellation and rescheduling conditions confirmed by the booking provider will apply.
