What to expect

Your visit begins at the dedicated Sina Beach Club check-in counter at Bali Hai Pier in South Pattaya. From there, board the shuttle boat for the journey to the floating venue in Pattaya Bay.

Explore the club's three open-air decks, relax by the 24-meter saltwater infinity pool, or enjoy the ocean views from the sun terraces and elevated balcony. Depending on your booking, you may have general admission or reserved seating in a lounge, villa, house, couch, bed or nest area.

  • Check in at the dedicated counter at Bali Hai Pier in South Pattaya.
  • Guests must check in and board the shuttle boat by 05:00 PM at the latest. Late arrivals may be denied boarding without a refund.
  • Guests under 18 are not permitted after 05:00 PM. Children visiting during daytime hours must remain under direct parental supervision.
  • Casual resort wear or stylish beachwear is required. Jeans, sports jerseys and overly baggy clothing may be restricted.
  • Appropriate swimwear is required to use the infinity pool.
  • Outside food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are not permitted.
  • Swimming is permitted in the treated saltwater infinity pool only. Swimming in the open sea and jumping from the floating decks are prohibited.
  • Guests displaying aggressive behaviour or severe intoxication may be refused entry or removed without a refund.
  • The venue operates on the water, and visits are subject to maritime safety and weather conditions.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The venue is not responsible for loss or damage caused by water, waves or guest negligence.
  • Guests may be held financially responsible for intentional or negligent damage to the venue or its facilities.
  • Professional photographers and videographers may capture images across the venue. Guests who do not wish to appear in official media should inform the media team.

Terms and conditions

Guests must check in at Bali Hai Pier and board the shuttle boat by 05:00 PM. Late arrivals may be denied boarding without a refund.

Guests under 18 are not permitted after 05:00 PM. Children visiting during daytime hours must remain under direct parental supervision.

Appropriate resort wear or beachwear is required. Swimwear is required for pool access. Outside food and drinks are prohibited.

Swimming is allowed only in the infinity pool. Open-sea swimming and jumping from the floating decks are prohibited.

The venue may refuse entry or remove guests for aggressive behaviour or severe intoxication. Guests are responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

Cancellation policy

For regular-day direct bookings, cancellations made more than 72 hours before the visit may qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the visit and no-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur a 25% penalty deducted from the food and beverage credit.

Late arrival or missing the shuttle boat from Bali Hai Pier results in forfeiture of the entry ticket.

Tickets for special events, theme parties and concerts are non-refundable and non-modifiable.

If the venue cancels operations due to hazardous sea conditions, guests are eligible for a full refund of the ticket face value. If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the revised date.

Privacy policy

Guest information, including names, contact details, nationality and passport or ID details, may be collected for reservation verification, pier check-in and maritime transit insurance.

The venue states that personal information is not sold to external marketing agencies. Information may be disclosed to maritime authorities, emergency services or insurance providers when required.

Professional photographers and videographers may capture images at the venue. Guests who do not wish to appear in official media should notify the media team.
