Living Green Elephant Sanctuary Chonburi | Half-Day Elephant Tour

Guests must follow the instructions of sanctuary guides and respect all animal-welfare rules. Riding, chaining or forcing elephants to perform is prohibited.

The tour includes walking on uneven natural terrain and participation in outdoor activities. Guests should take care of personal belongings, as the sanctuary is not responsible for loss or damage caused by water, mud or dirt.

For shared transfers, guests must be ready at the designated pickup point 10–15 minutes before the pickup window. Drivers may wait for a maximum of 5–10 minutes. Additional charges may apply for pickup locations outside designated central Pattaya zones.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund or free date change, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour and no-shows are non-refundable.

If the sanctuary cancels due to extreme weather, flash floods or safety hazards, guests may choose a full refund or a free date change.

Customer information is used for booking, communication and insurance purposes. Full names and passport details are required during check-in according to the supplied information.

Professional photos taken during the experience may be shared online. Guests who do not wish to have their images used online should inform their guide during check-in.
