- Morning package guests must check in no later than 12:00 PM. Afternoon package guests must check in no later than 05:00 PM. Late arrivals may be denied entry without a refund.
- Smart casual clothing or elegant beachwear is required. Tank tops, sports jerseys, ripped clothing, activewear and wetsuits are not permitted.
- Cross-body bags, fanny packs and plastic bags are not permitted inside the venue.
- Crocs and flip-flops worn with socks are not permitted.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard.
- Diving or jumping directly from the floating venue into the sea is strictly prohibited.
- Swimming is at guests' own risk. Life jackets are available upon request.
- The venue remains stationary at its designated anchorage and does not operate as a sailing cruise.
- The experience is not recommended for pregnant women or guests over 70 years old because of the marine shuttle transfer conditions. Insurance coverage may not apply.
- The venue does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
- Guests entering the venue consent to photography and video recording by the in-house media team for promotional and marketing purposes.

Booking and Check-in
Guests must present valid identification or a passport during check-in. The booking name must match the name on the credit card used for payment. Registration is required for identity verification and guest accident insurance.
Last check-in is 12:00 PM for morning packages and 05:00 PM for afternoon packages. Late arrivals may be refused entry without a refund.

Smart casual clothing or elegant beachwear is required. Men must keep their shoulders and torso covered while boarding the shuttle boat. Standard swim shorts above the knee are required for pool use.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Diving or jumping directly from the floating venue into the sea is not allowed. Guests swim at their own risk, and life jackets are available upon request.

Cancellation policy
Regular Days – Morning and Afternoon Packages
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation are eligible for a refund after a 10% setup fee deduction. Alternatively, guests may request a date change with at least 72 hours' notice at no additional charge.
Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation and no-shows are non-refundable.
Special Events
Bookings for special event days are completely non-refundable and non-modifiable. Date changes and cancellations are not permitted.
Weather Conditions
Poor weather alone does not qualify for a refund. If the captain officially determines that ocean conditions are unsafe and suspends or cancels operations, the applicable arrangements will be determined by the venue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds typically take 3–15 business days to appear in the original payment account.
