What to expect

Terms and conditions

Participants must follow the guide’s safety instructions and wear the provided life jacket throughout the activity. Drivers must be at least 16 years old and passengers at least 4 years old. Each jet ski accommodates a maximum of two people, subject to the operator’s weight limit. Optional hull insurance is available at the pier. Without this insurance, riders may be responsible for operator-assessed damage.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation with a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled hotel pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure and no-shows are non-refundable.
