What to expect
Your visit offers an opportunity to observe and interact with rescued elephants under the guidance of the sanctuary team.
Depending on your selected package, you may prepare elephant food, feed fresh bananas and sugar cane, make nutritious vitamin balls and learn about elephant care. Some experiences also include supervised mud spa activities and washing or bathing the elephants in water.
The sanctuary is surrounded by natural greenery, with muddy paths, streams and outdoor areas forming part of the experience. Wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting wet or muddy.

All participants must follow the instructions of sanctuary guides and elephant caretakers. Running, shouting, aggressive behaviour and sudden movements that may disturb the elephants are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for any intentional damage caused to sanctuary property, facilities or transport vehicles.
The sanctuary experience takes place in a natural outdoor environment with muddy paths, uneven ground and water activities. Guests with medical conditions or mobility limitations should inform the sanctuary before visiting.
Shared hotel transfers are subject to designated service zones. Additional charges may apply for hotels outside the complimentary transfer areas.
Drivers will wait approximately 5–10 minutes beyond the assigned pickup time. Guests who miss the pickup may be treated as no-shows.
The sanctuary may adjust its operating schedule according to animal welfare requirements and local operating conditions.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience are non-refundable. Amendments requested within this period may also incur charges.
No-shows and missed hotel pickups are non-refundable.
Tours generally operate in rainy weather. Rain or mild weather changes do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Date changes are free when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience, subject to availability. Changes requested within 24 hours may incur additional charges.
Promotional or last-minute experience tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
