Reckless behaviour or illegal activity may result in termination of the trip without a refund. The primary charterer is responsible for intentional damage to the vessel, equipment or onboard property caused by guests.

Cancellation policy

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

14–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total charter fee.

Less than 14 days before departure: Non-refundable.
