Before you book
- Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time stated on the booking confirmation. Tickets are non-transferable.
- Child tickets apply to children aged 4–12 years who are between 101 cm and 140 cm tall.
- Children exceeding 140 cm in height may be required to pay the adult ticket price after measurement at the ticket counter.
- Children under 4 years old and below 100 cm in height can enter the park free of charge. However, individual theatre seating is not provided for infants during the main parade show.
- Guests must exchange their electronic booking voucher for physical park tickets at the ticket counter at least one hour before the River Palace parade show.
- Late arrivals may be refused entry to the theatre, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
- Outside food, snacks and beverages are not permitted inside the park or Bird of Paradise Buffet Restaurant.
- Cameras, video recorders and mobile phones with recording capabilities are prohibited inside the River Palace Theater during the main performance.
- Recording equipment must be deposited at the designated locker counters before entering the theatre. Photography is permitted in other park areas.
- Guests must follow instructions from park staff, security personnel and displayed safety notices.
- Appropriate casual clothing is acceptable. Shirts and footwear must be worn throughout the park.
- Showtimes, parade arrangements and outdoor installations may change or become unavailable due to technical issues, severe weather or safety requirements.
