- National park entrance fees are excluded unless specifically stated as included in the selected package.
- Pregnant guests and individuals with serious heart conditions or severe back or neck problems are advised not to participate in high-speed boat excursions.
- Infants under 1 year old are generally not permitted on high-speed boat and speedboat tours.
- Children aged 4–11 qualify for child pricing. Guests aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate.
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult throughout the experience.

Tour routes, departure times and island stops may be adjusted due to weather, sea conditions, tides or safety requirements.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew throughout the journey. Children must remain under adult supervision.
National park entrance fees are payable separately unless specifically included in the selected package.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable.
If the operator cancels the tour due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests may receive a full refund or an alternative departure date, subject to the applicable arrangements.
All cancellation and refund requests are subject to the confirmed booking terms.
