Before you book
- The main theatrical performance lasts approximately 70 minutes.
- Dinner and transport are included only when stated in the selected package.
- Theatre seating is assigned based on availability at the time of reservation.
- Collect your tickets at the ticketing pavilion no later than one hour before showtime.
- Bring your booking voucher and matching passport or government-issued identification for ticket collection.
- Photography, video recording and audio recording are prohibited inside the main theatre.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure are generally eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure and no-shows are non-refundable.
If the operator cancels the trip because of unsafe marine conditions, guests may be offered an alternative date, alternative tour or full refund, subject to the applicable operating arrangements.
Route or timing adjustments made for weather, tides, safety or environmental reasons do not necessarily qualify for a refund.
