Tickets are valid only for the selected booking date. Guests must arrive at ICONSIAM Pier within the confirmed check-in period and present valid identification if requested.
The cruise will not wait for late arrivals. Missing the scheduled departure may result in forfeiture of the booking payment.
The operator may change the cruise route due to high tide, weather, safety concerns or other operational circumstances.
Rooftop seating is subject to weather conditions. During rain, guests booked for rooftop tables may be reassigned to available tables on the first or second floor. Specific replacement seating cannot be guaranteed.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the experience. Package inclusions and transfer arrangements depend on the selected booking option.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation, amendment and refund eligibility are subject to the conditions confirmed for your selected package at the time of booking. The cruise operator states that issued reservations may be non-refundable and non-transferable, including cancellations and no-shows.
