Participants must follow the guide's instructions throughout the activity, maintain the required riding formation, and remain on designated tracks.
A protective helmet must be worn throughout the ATV ride. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted. The operator may immediately cancel participation without a refund if dangerous riding or intoxication is suspected.
Drivers must pass the practical control assessment at the base camp before entering the trails. If a driver fails the assessment or demonstrates unsafe handling, they may be moved to a passenger position behind a guide or another driver. No refund is provided for any resulting price difference.
The maximum combined weight for a driver and passenger is 140 kg (308 lbs) per ATV.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or departure time are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or departure time are non-refundable and incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows and guests who miss their scheduled pickup window are non-refundable.
