- Children under 4 years old may join free of charge but must be declared during booking.
- Outside food, snacks and beverages are not permitted on board.
- Alcoholic drinks are available for purchase only to guests aged 20 and older.
- Corkage fees may apply to personal alcoholic beverages, subject to the operator's rules.
- Missing the scheduled departure is treated as a no-show and results in forfeiture of the ticket.
- Date changes must be requested at least 24 hours before departure under the supplied operator terms.
- Private transfers apply only to the package labelled Private Transfer + Tickets, subject to confirmation of transport arrangements.

Tickets are valid only for the named passenger and the specific date and time shown on the booking confirmation. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold.
Check-in is scheduled at ICONSIAM Pier 4 from 6:30 PM to 7:50 PM. The vessel is scheduled to depart at 8:00 PM and will not wait for late passengers.
Child fares apply to children aged 4 to 10 years whose height does not exceed 120 cm. Children under 4 years old may join free of charge but must be declared at booking for inclusion in the passenger manifest.
Outside food, snacks and beverages are prohibited on board. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased by passengers aged 20 years and older. Personal alcoholic beverages are subject to the operator's corkage rules and applicable fees.
Passengers must follow crew instructions and comply with all applicable safety requirements.
Cancellation policy
Cruise tickets are non-refundable for cash under the supplied operator terms.
Guests may request a change of cruise date without an additional rescheduling fee by contacting the operator at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Changes remain subject to the operator's confirmation and availability.
Passengers who miss the scheduled departure or fail to complete check-in on time will be treated as no-shows. No-show tickets are void and subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
All applicable deadlines are based on Bangkok local time.
