Guests must check in at Grand Pearl Cruise Counter No. 2 at River City Pier before boarding. The scheduled cruise departure is 7:30 PM, with return at approximately 9:30 PM.
The ticket-only package includes the supplier-listed cruise services without hotel transportation. Private transfer arrangements apply only to the corresponding transfer package and must be confirmed before travel.
The cruise route and sightseeing views may vary due to river traffic, weather, operational or safety conditions.
Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable. Changes within 24 hours of the experience start time are not accepted.
